There are three eateries under the Luigi Pomata 's banner, down south in Cagliari.They are all located in the same block in the center of town. The restaurant is the flagship and offers fine dining and a full menu of Mediterranean cuisine.
It has a total seating capacity of 160, indoors and on the terrace overlooking the harbor. The Bistro has an informal atmosphere, more like a traditional Italian trattoria. Some of the restaurant's signature dishes are available but without the price tag.
'Next' is a new venture and offers gourmet pizzas, burgers, tapas and artisan beers in an industrial setting. Cookery lessons are offered where participants are taught to make traditional Italian appetizers, entrees and desserts.
