Prince Karim Aga Khan developed Porto Cervo on the northern tip of Sardinia in the early 1960s. That is when Il Pescatore was designed, seemingly cut from the ocean rock.

It was the first restaurant to be built in the resort and has recently been renovated. It offers elegant, intimate dining, overlooking the marina. The menu has been designed in collaboration with Michelin star chefs and reflects the Mediterranean setting.

The signature dishes focus on Sardinian tradition and are a seafood lover's delight. The resort has a small resident population and among the most expensive real estate in the world.
