The Lazy H Campground in Akron, Iowa is a privately owned, family-oriented campground nestled between the scenic northern entrance of the Loess Hills Bypass and the Big Sioux River. The picturesque campground includes water activities, miles of trails for biking and hiking, fishing at the 50-acre fisherman haven, and eight cabins on the Little Pearle Lake. The fishing area is stocked with rainbow trout, three kinds of catfish, bass, bluegill, crappie, perch, and walleye, and fishing gear can be bought at the camp office. There’s also a swimming beach and paddle board, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, and boats can be rented.
