Tucked along the shore of Lake Madison, Walker's Point State Recreation Area is a small park overlooking the 2,800-acre lake that attracts campers, anglers, and boaters.

Boasting picturesque views, the campground has sites for tents, and RVs with or without hook-ups, along with picnic tables, fire rings, restrooms with hot showers and flushing toilets, and potable water. There are also rustic cabins with heating, air conditioning, and electricity in scenic locations around the park, and amenities include canoe and kayak rentals, fish cleaning stations, a beach with safe swimming, a children’s playground, and a ski beach.
