Review & FAQ:
Wallace Brewing Company is a collaboration between Wallace residents Dean Cooper, Rick Magnuson, Tony Zanetti, and Chase Sanborn and was opened to the public in 2009 after its founders purchased the operations of southern California’s Jergensen Brewery. The brewery aims to pay tribute to the town’s colorful Old West history, brewing bordello and mining-themed beers, including its Dirty Blonde Ale, Idaho Select Light Lager, Red Light Irish Red Ale, and Jackleg Stout. Its Orehouse Tasting Room is open to the public seven days a week and offers pool tables, backgammon, giant Jenga, and board games for visitors. A variety of branded merchandise is also available for purchase at the taproom.
