The Cartecay Vineyards sit just outside of Ellijay, Georgia nestled in the heart of the southern Appalachian Mountains. During a visit, wine lovers can tour the vineyards and sip on different Cartecay productions in the tasting barn. Each week, the vineyard entertains guests with live music by local and regional musicians. The rolling mountains provide the ideal backdrop for outdoor weddings and other celebrations. The vineyards open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Sundays. Cartecay also has an additional tasting room located in Historic Downtown Ellijay serving craft beers and wines.
