Review:

Find tranquility and connect with nature in a special way at the Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens. The Jacksonville Arboretum is often referred to as the “hidden jewel” of northeastern Florida, and with good reason.

Opened in 2008, the arboretum is located on a sprawling 120-acre property with seven beautiful and natural trails, and, incredibly, thirteen very distinct ecosystems. Some of the fantastic trails to discover include the Lake Loop Trail, the Sand Ridge Trail, which goes through forest and marshlands, the Aralia Trail, featuring rivulets and small pools hidden throughout the trail, and the Live Oak Trail, which is home to towering championship trees.
