Review:
Azure is the signature restaurant of the Shores Resort and Spa, serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner service seven days a week in a beautiful, romantic oceanfront setting. The beachfront restaurant was reopened in 2014 following the hotel's extensive modernization and renovation, now featuring lush, swanky interiors and a gorgeous elevated outdoor terrace looking out over the restaurant's oceanside poolside. Couples can enjoy seafood paella service for two, featuring snow crab clusters, jumbo shrimp, and scallops in chorizo-seasoned rice. A la carte entrees include coffee-braised short ribs, Scottish salmon and scallops, chicken paprikash with brown butter spätzle, and tandoori cauliflower steak prepared with zucchini noodles. Casual fare includes daily-rotating chef's specialty flatbreads, mahi mahi sandwiches, and signature Shores burgers prepared with short rib brisket on a potato roll.
