Made up of two redeveloped downtown Houston landmarks – Fire Station No. 1 and the Central Waterworks Building – the Downtown Aquarium is a spectacular six-acre entertainment and dining complex that houses a 500,000-gallon aquarium with more than 200 species of aquatic life from around the world.
