Founded by Raymond Griffith and Jon Espey, who wanted to share their love of Cajun food with the world, The Lost Cajun serves traditional Southern dishes such as red beans and rice, crawfish étouffée, lobster bisque, and their famous gumbo.
The menu boasts classics such as seafood gumbo, jambalaya, Po-boys, beignets, and lagniappe, accompanied by a range of Abita beers, root beer, and homemade lemonade.
