Review & FAQ:
The Spruce Creek Trail is a very popular 6.2-mile trail rated moderately difficult that gains 1,791 feet in altitude. The best time to visit is from April to October, which is also when the trail has the most traffic, however it is a beautiful snowshoeing destination in the colder months. The trail follows a stream for part of its length and features a straight section that connects to a loop. At the top, it's possible to connect to other trails. The trail can be accessed by two separate trailheads, whereby the upper trailhead is only accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicle.
