Set in what was once a gold rush hotel in the 1890s in historic Manitou Springs, the fine-dining restaurant and wine bar offers traditional Raclette table-top grill fondue and globally-inspired wines in an elegant and refined setting. The menu features a signature four-course fondue dinner, which begins with freshly made salads, followed by a cheese fondue served with baked bread, fruits and vegetables, which is cooked on a traditional tabletop Swiss Raclette grill. Dessert includes a decadent chocolate fondue. The menu also features à la carte, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and the cuisine is accompanied by an award-winning wine collection with a diverse selection of boutique wines from around the world.
