Carlos’ Bistro and Wine Bar is a casual and relaxed restaurant owned by Carlos and Marcia that is renowned for their tantalizing menu of global cuisine and wines and exceptional customer service. Showcasing the creativity and passion of Peruvian Chef-Proprietor Carlos Echeandia, the menu features a range of internationally-inspired dishes with playful twists, all of which are prepared using the finest artisanal, sustainable and organic products available.
