Blazing Star Ranch in Englewood, Colorado is a family-owned and operated fiber and yarn store featuring a strong emphasis on weaving and spinning, as well as an alpaca farm in Elizabeth, Colorado that was started in 2010 with only two alpacas. The farm has grown to now be home to more than twenty alpacas. The shop focuses on local yarns and fiber, in addition to independent small batch dyers. All yarns available at Blazing Star Ranch are natural fiber based. Several different classes are also offered at the shop, such as Weaving on Small Looms and Beginning Hand Spinning.
