The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is located right at the Hamilton International Airport, about an hour from Toronto, where it offers a fun and educational day out for all ages. Not only can you see a collection of almost 50 aircraft on display, you can also purchase a flight on several of them, for a thrilling adventure. The collection of aircraft includes planes flown by the Canadian Air Force from WWII to the present and there is even a sophisticated flight simulator that accurately mimics genuine combat in a modern jet. Younger visitors will enjoy the Kid Zone area which offers regular sleepovers for aspirant young aviators.
