Review:
The Musee Mecanique is home to the private collection of the late Edwards Zelinsky, who had a fascination for collecting all manner of mechanical items. The collection was started back in 1931 and contains almost 300 items which are sure to fascinate your children. The quirky collection includes many coin-operated musical instruments, antique arcade games and much more. The museum is open daily and is free to visit. Best of all, all the machines are in perfect working order and are free to play. For adults, a visit will be a nostalgic trip down memory lane, while children will be intrigued by these early machines which were the precursors to today’s electronic games.
