Haines Gallery has been one of San Francisco's premiere curated art galleries since 1987, named after its founder, gallerist Cheryl Haines, best known for raising the profile of public art artist Andy Goldsworthy. The contemporary-focused gallery strives to serve as a platform for internationally-recognized artists and new talent alike, emphasizing diverse works with conceptual rigor and unique visually compelling elements. The gallery, which is a member of the Art Dealers Association of America and has ties to Northern California's Asian Contemporary Arts Consortium, showcases a constantly rotating lineup of challenging and critically-acclaimed gallery exhibitions, including works by international luminaries such as Ai Weiwei, Zhan Wang, and Monir Farmanfarmaian.
