Spirit Works Distillery is a grain-to-glass distillery that produces handcrafted vodka, gin, slow gin, and whiskey. Located in The Barlow in downtown Sebastopol, Spirit Works Distillery is owned by husband and wife team, Timo and Ashby Marshall, who brings a creative combination of traditional British legacy and innovative West Coast style to Sebastopol. The distillery produces a range of spirits, including gin, slow gin and barrel gin, vodka, straight wheat whiskey, and straight rye whiskey from California grown organic Red Winter wheat. Visitors to the Spirit Works Distillery can sample of the facility’s spirits or cocktail flights with guided tastings and learn more about how the all-female distilling team produces the spirits from grain to glass. The Distillery Tasting Room also sells a range of barware, cocktail books, and merchandise.
