At the Hopmonk Tavern, the beers are freshly brewed, the food is locally sourced and seasonal and the music is live. The Sebastopol Hopmonk Tavern was the first to open and is set in a rustic and historic 115-year old stone and wood building. There is a large outdoor beer garden for balmy summer nights and a great calendar of live music and trivia nights. You will find a wide range of hand-crafted beers on tap representing old favorites in the German tradition and some new flavors to get you thinking. These include their house beer, the Hopmonk Tavern Ale, the Death and Taxes Schwarzbier, Pliny the Elder double IPA and the Nitro Merlin milk stout.
