Review:

Suwon is a UNESCO site just thirty minutes from Seoul that holds great historical significance in Korea. Tourists should plan to spend at least a full day, but ideally up to three days in Suwon. Bus tours of the city are available to make seeing all the main attractions easy and convenient. Some of the popular sites to visit in Suwon include the Paldalmun Gate, which is the former ancient entrance to the city, walk along the ancient fortress walls, and Hwaseong Haenggung Palace. The palace is found within the fortress walls and was once a summer house palace for kings to use for retreats and relaxation. Visitors can also practice archery, visit the Suwon Hwaong Museum, and a unique Toilet Museum. The Royal Tombs can also be visited by hiking through the wooded park. Suwon
