Located less than two hours from Seoul, Nami Island is the perfect place to visit to indulge in beautiful landscapes full of flowers and gardens. The island features European-style buildings that are brightly colored and reminiscent of France in the neighborhood of Petite France, and the location has been a popular filming spot for Korean television dramas. Visitors can access Nami Island by using the ferry at the Gapyeong Wharf. A zipline can take more daring visitors to the island. The Garden of Calm is another popular attraction as well as the Gapyeong Rail Bike Park on the mainland. There are also ostriches on the island and trees that are hundreds of years old, making it one of the most beautiful islands to visit in the fall.
