Review:

Located on the border of Nebraska and South Dakota, Missouri National Recreational River preserves two free-flowing stretches of a 100-mile span of North America's longest river. Established under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1968 and managed by the National Park Service, the river is a vestige of the untamed American West and flows through the counties of Boyd, Cedar, Dixon, and Knox. The park features three visitor centers at the Niobrara State Park, the Ponca State Park, and the Lewis and Clark Visitor Center at Gavins Point Dam.
