Devil's Lake State Park can be found near Baraboo and is arguably the most popular of Wisconsin’s state park with around three million people visiting the park every year. The park encompasses more than nine thousand acres and is a very popular choice for camping among park visitors, so it’s important to plan ahead for a camping trip at Devil’s Lake State Park. There are three different campgrounds available, offering a total of more than four hundred campsites. Only ten campsites, however, are available on a first-come, first-served basis, located at the Quartzite Campground, which is the only campground open during the winter.
