Double Cut Charcoal Grill and Liquor Bar is a contemporary-style steakhouse operated by Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in cooperation with popular Twin Cities dining destination Parasole Restaurant. The restaurant, which was opened in 2013, is named for the culinary term for larger cuts of meat, referring to the facility's extended operations as a bar and casual dining destination. Sophisticated decor abounds in the restaurant's tavern-style bar and private dining areas, which can be booked for small groups. Inventive fare on the menu includes charcoal grilled selections like filet mignon and Porterhouse, complemented by elegant sauce choices such as chimichurri or Bordelaise sauce. Diners can also enjoy raw bar selections like chilled seafood towers or oysters Rockefeller, served up alongside a diverse, creative wine and cocktail list.
