Rubbs Steakhouse is the central dining experience of the brand-new Silver Spruce Resort, located just minutes from the lovely historic district of downtown Wisconsin Dells. The restaurant, is open to the public year-round, is known for its high-quality steak and seafood selections, which are available on both lunch and dinner menus throughout the week. Diners can select from favorites like New York strip steaks, baby back rib racks, or captain's seafood assortment platters, all available prepared with a choice of 10 different rub and spice selections.
