Owned by the late playwright Fred Alley and Joel Bremer, Good Eggs is a restaurant that looks to serve fresh wraps to customers hungry for something different. What sets this restaurant apart from other sandwich shops is that all wraps are omelet wraps made fresh to order on the other side of the grill. Wrap ingredients may vary since Good Eggs tries to carry seasonal produce. Visitors select one of three wrap types: Basic (with eggs, potatoes, and cheese), standard (traditional + veggies), or deluxe (standard + meat). A few ingredients that really shine are the olive oil and rosemary roasted potatoes, the homemade back bean salsa, and the Caribbean jerk chicken.
