Tom Sawyer Country Coffee is a family-owned and operated business run by Tom Sawyer himself that offers an exceptional coffee experience. The production facility of the business is situated on the north side of Kendall Yards, and the café and roastery side of the business was opened in 2015 and sells a wide range of locally roasted coffees with the namesake label. Signature coffees include a vitamin-packed cholaca mocha, a Bali Blue Moon organic pour-over, and an all-natural chai latte, and other drinks on the menu several teas, chai, and hot chocolate.
