Housed inside a remodeled woodworking mill built in 1904, Seven Hills Winery is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in the Walla Walla region. The winery focuses on making Bordeaux-style red wines, particularly Cabernet Sauvignons and Merlots, and it uses grapes from its own vineyards as well as fruit from some of the best vineyards in the Northeast. The tasting room is open to visitors every day except select holidays, and winery tours are also offered. The winery also offers a food and wine pairing experience on Friday and Saturday mornings.
