The Silver Lake Winery was established in 1987 and has grown over the years to now become the largest consumer-owned winery in the state of Washington, offering award-winning ultra-premium, super-premium, and premium wines that customers can either drink immediately after purchase or store in a cellar to enjoy later in the future. Those interested in trying the wines at the Tasting Room can do so at the Silver Lake Winery at the Roza Hills Vineyard. The Tasting Room is open from noon until 5:00pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 11:00am until 6:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
