Fairmont Mayakoba offers a degree of privacy unparalleled at other resorts in Riviera Maya. The contemporary-style rooms are located amongst lagoons and forests, giving you the impression that you are vacationing in nature. However, you will still find all of the modern amenities of a luxury resort. The rooms have luxury spa-like bathrooms with showers and separate tubs. The views from the rooms are priceless and feature either the ocean, the forest, or the lagoons. The grounds are so large you will need to use either a bike or a golf cart to get around, but both are available at the hotel. There are five swimming pools, including a spacious main pool, a kiddy pool, and a pool solely for adults.
