Akumal Bay - Beach & Wellness Resort is a gem of a property located along a long, picture-perfect stretch of sand just south of Akumal. The resort has 324 rooms, which all feature luxury fixtures, outdoor hot tubs, views of the ocean, and spacious bathrooms. The entire property was renovated near the end of 2014, adding a wellness center that offers yoga, spa treatments, fitness classes, and a number of pools and lounge areas, including a kiddy pool for young visitors.
