Bonn Munster is an iconic Roman Catholic church built between the 11th and 13th centuries and one of Germany's oldest churches. Completed in 1248 on a site famous for being the place where the city’s patron saints, Cassius and Florentius, were martyred, the glorious Romanesque basilica was destroyed during World War II and was later restored to its former glory.

Bonn's Münster is located on the Münsterplatz and Martinsplatz in the center of the city and features five tall towers and beautiful gardens filled with magnolia trees and flowering fragrant cherry blossoms during the spring.
