Review:

Kourion was once an important ancient city kingdom on Cyprus’ southwestern coast. Greek settlers later arrived on the site in the 12th century, only to have it destroyed again by a number of heavy earthquakes. The acropolis can now be found on top of a limestone bluff found along the Episkopi Bay coast.

It is one of the most famous ancient attractions in Cyprus and has so many unique and interesting aspects for visitors to explore. For example, take in the marvelous ruins of the Kourion Theatre which was built during the 2nd century BC and once accommodated over 3,500 spectators.
