Review:
High-end eating was never so comfortable as it is at Courgette Restaurant. Chef James Mussillon wants his guests to enjoy their eating experience like artwork. Comfortable, cushioned chairs are found throughout the restaurant and meeting rooms. Mussillon then uses local, seasonal ingredients to create his menu. He believes food is an art form, and the tools to create the meal is the sauce, glaze, and foam. Whether you stop for lunch or dinner, you’ll find an extravagant 3- or 4-course meal with offerings in each course. Each dish is so elegantly described on the menu, you’ll have a hard time choosing between them.
