Emilio Castrejón spent 12 years in Japan after working in the USA and Germany. He has created an original blend of Asian, Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine that he calls Fine Fusion. He works with only the finest and freshest ingredients so the menu changes frequently. The focus is on seafood but not just sushi. His innovative creations are flavorful and beautifully presented. The restaurant has received multiple awards for excellence and is extremely popular, Booking is advised. It is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
