Review:

Born in Buenos Aires, of Mallorcan descent, chef Adrián Quetglas has decided to return to his roots. After training in London and Paris and conquering Moscow, he has brought a cosmopolitan flavor to his restaurant in Palma. He combines fresh ingredients with traditional recipes and modern methods for his unique creations. There are lunch and dinner tasting menus which are changed fortnightly. For lunch there are five courses, and for dinner there are seven. The meals are paired with a wine tasting of five wines. Cheese platters and coffee are optional extras.
