The Naval Maritime Museum can be found on the northwest coast of Santorini in a 19th century mansion that has been restored to house the historical artifacts.

Extensively covering Greek maritime history, visitors will be able to see many interesting objects and artifacts. Some aspects of the museum that shouldn’t be missed include rare figureheads, old maritime equipment, models of old and new Thiran ships, and many seamen’s chests.

Visitors will be able to see rare photographs regarding maritime history along with a library filled with rare writings about the marine development of the island.
