Canava Santorini Loukas Lygnos was established in 1974 by Evagellos Lygnos and has been producing fine spirits since then.

The same principles, methods, and recipes are used by his son, Loukas Lygnos, to continue the tradition today. Visitors are invited to take a tour of the distillery, understand the distillation process and, of course, try some of the spirits created at Canava Santorini.

The on-site museum “Santorini the days gone by” lets visitors see the recreations of homes and work sites from the distillery’s past; the exhibits are filled with the original artifacts that have been collected over the years.
