Review:
The High Cotton Brewing Company wasn’t founded to simply create quality craft beer, but to also pay homage to its Southern Heritage through its name and to brew the beer in a way that paid homage to the heritage as well.
Tours of the High Cotton Brewery are offered on Saturday afternoons at 3:00pm, and there is a Tap Room as well where visitors can try a pint or two. The brewing company knows that bumper crops never just happened. They took a bit of luck, perspiration, and inspiration. It is the same process that the brewery brings to everything it does.
