Located in a historic building on Queen Street in downtown Charleston, Husk was conceived by James Beard Award-winning Chef Sean Brock, who opened the restaurant to showcase Southern food created with locally sourced ingredients.

The menu is updated twice daily and showcases creative dishes such as Cornmeal Dusted Catfish with sweet corn, peas, smoked tomato and charred squash.
