Review:

Restaurant Le Phare was once a mushroom-shaped water tower supplying water to Palavas-les-Flots from 1943 to 1997. Instead of having the water tower demolished, the Palavas Town Council repurposed the structure into the 360 degree rotating restaurant it is today. The menu consists of fine French cuisine prepared with the freshest meats, seafood, and locally sourced produce. The interior features beautiful hardwood floors, modern tables and chairs, and elegant décor. The restaurant provides a relaxed and comfortable setting, attentive service, and an unforgettable experience. While patrons dine they’ll enjoy marvelous views over Palavas-les-Flots, Montpellier, Carnon, and the Mediterranean Sea. Try the Pad-Thai Swordfish – with peanuts, coriander, smoked bacon, onions, and piquillos; served with potatoes, salad, and Thai sauce.
