Executive Chef John Morris has carefully created a culinary experience that even the most discerning foodies will enjoy. 360 Restaurant features a Guinness World Record holding wine cellar, proudly earning the record for being the “World’s Highest Wine Cellar” at a staggering 351 meters above the ground. The cellar features precision humidity and climate controls, double cherry doors, redwood racks, a tasting table, and storage for up to 9,000 bottles. Patrons should try the Ginger Tea Smoked Gindara Sablefish – prepared with King oyster mushrooms, sweet potato puree, birch caramel, and asparagus Claremont miso.
