The charming recreation area is a popular site for swimming, boating, and fishing throughout the year, home to a public-access swimming beach in nearby Palmyra Township open throughout the summer months. Visitors can make use of a public-access boat launch and gas dock, along with a full-service marina offering boat slips for day use. Active attractions include a children's playground and several sporting courts, including a full-size basketball court. Campers can choose from 160 tent and trailer hookup campsites, which offer access to modern amenities like laundry rooms, modern restrooms and showers, and a general store.
