Historic sites located within the park include the 1830s-era Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, which preserves a 19th-century cold blast furnace. Campsites areas include the National Register of Historic Places-listed Sixpenny Day Use Area and Group Camp, located near the city of Birdsboro. 201 wooded and modern campsites are offered, along with 10 modern rental cabins.
