Function Coffee Labs is the vision of married duo Megan McCusker and Ross Nickerson, who founded the popular Bella Vista coffee shop in April of 2015. The shop strives to craft some of the world's best coffee beverages, sourcing all of its beans from sister company Vibrant Coffee Roasters. Delicious espresso-based beverages served up throughout the day range from traditional macchiatos, cortados, and Americanos to seasonal flavored lattes crafted with steamed milk and flavorful syrups. Tasting flights offer unique opportunities to try the same single-origin coffee prepared as espresso shots, hand pours, and cortado-style. A menu of excellent cafe fare includes options such as oatmeal, stroopwafel, and almond milk overnight oats.
