This market takes inspiration from the Willamette Valley’s local bounty and serves seasonal, simple dishes that are popular among both locals and tourists alike, including locals nightly specials, sandwiches, and unique wood-fired pizzas. The Red Hills Market has become a destination for a daytrip into Oregon’s Wine Country, where winery goers can stop for pastries and espresso or a bloody mary or mimosa, as well as for supplies for a picnic or a game of cornhole.
