The Briar Rose Creamery, situated within the hills above the town of Dundee, is a cheese destination surrounded by Pinot Noir vineyards and acres of forests. The creamery works with two different family-owned and operated dairy farms to produce its award-winning, delicate, rich cheese, which is made by hand from fresh, sweet milk. Cheese is made in small batches, taking the time needed to ensure the best texture and flavor, as well as highlighting any seasonal qualities.
