Located in the Rogue River Valley, the Jackson County Genealogy Library (JCGL) features one of the largest genealogical collections in the region. Operated by the Rogue Valley Genealogical Society, the library was established to preserve and enhance genealogy and genealogical research and make all genealogical records available to the public. The library also aims to promote the exchange of genealogical knowledge, publish material of genealogical interest, and assist with the study and preservation of family history and encourage family trees.
