Day Wines at Day Camp produces natural wines within the state’s spectacular Willamette Valley. Brianne Day leads the winemaking, creating wines that are restrained, instinctive, and some capture a specific place and time. The Tasting Room provides bottle purchases, wines by the glass, and wine flights. The Tasting Room at Day Camp is open from 11:00am until 5:00pm Wednesday to Sunday, and by appointment on Mondays and Tuesdays. The “Drink Now” rotating Every Day Flights include five seasonal and current releases, and the “Age-worthy” flight features single-vineyard designated Pinot Noir and Chardonnays. Fees are refunded with purchase of three bottles.
