Columbus’s top Italian restaurants bring Italy to the heart of the Midwest: cozy trattorias, housemade pastas, and wine lists that read like love letters to Tuscany. It’s where I twirl fettuccine by candlelight, brick walls glowing and laughter spilling from every corner booth.

I’ve got veal saltimbocca with fresh sage, a glass of Barolo, and the scent of garlic and rosemary wafting from the open kitchen—right here in soulful, pasta-loving Columbus, Ohio. Who knew the Midwest could echo with such rich Italian warmth?

"Red sauce, romance, and rustic charm? This is Columbus’s Italian heart—comforting, classic, and full of flavor."

This is Why I Keep Coming Back for More:

  • Cozy candlelit dining rooms and family-run trattorias
  • Handmade pastas, brick oven pizzas, and regional Italian specialties
  • Charming patios, vintage wine cellars, and soft music in the air
  • Perfect for romantic evenings, big family dinners, or pasta-fueled celebrations
  • Rich sauces, heartfelt service, and a little taste of Italy in every bite
